📋 Description

• Stand up projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, governance model, and ways of working • Create and maintain project governance artifacts including charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, and integrated plan • Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations • Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies • Drive accountability and ownership among workstream leads and vendors • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with options and recommendations • Facilitate governance forums including SteerCo, working sessions, and executive reviews • Provide concise executive reporting on delivery status, business impact, risks, decisions, and next steps • Ensure alignment with strategy, budget, roadmap, priorities, and value realization • Close projects, including transition to operations, knowledge transfer, post-launch support planning, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment • Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • Agile delivery leadership • Jira and Confluence • KPI and CSF tracking/reporting
