📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of HCM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. • Provide expert-level strategic advice to clients on best practices for optimizing their HCM systems. • Partner with leading HCM providers like Paylocity and Paycor to deliver seamless integrations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive communication. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timelines, data accuracy, and deliverables are met. • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools for efficient and effective implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HCM implementations or related roles, preferably with Paylocity, Paycor, or similar platforms. • Proven ability to think critically and develop tailored solutions for diverse client needs. • Familiarity with HCM systems, data migration, and process optimization. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
