• Responsible for defining and validating end-to-end processes for sales channel management, partner onboarding, hierarchy configuration, and commission processing. • Ensures compliance with IRDAI guidelines and smooth integration with CRM and finance systems. • Map as-is and to-be processes for partner onboarding, sales hierarchy, and commission payout. • Design business rules for commission slabs, claw-backs, and GST treatment. • Translate sales workflows into system requirements for IT teams. • Validate data models for agents, brokers, and aggregator communication. • Design control mechanisms for compliance and audit tracking (IRDAI solicitation norms). • Support user acceptance testing and system integration testing for commission and onboarding modules.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years in health/general insurance sales operations or distribution systems. • Strong experience with CRM and commission systems • Proven expertise in business process modelling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS). • Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements. • Comfortable writing business requirements, validation of functional requirements, and user acceptance testing scripts. • Skilled in as-is and to-be mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design. • Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems. • Deep understanding of IRDAI regulations, health insurance products, and operations. • Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
