📋 Description

• Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle CDM solutions, including data modeling, data profiling, data cleansing, data enrichment, and data integration processes. • Contribute to the definition and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures within the Oracle CDM environment. • Assist in the configuration and customization of Oracle CDM tools and applications to meet specific business requirements. • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to establish and maintain data quality rules and standards. • Contribute to the development of data integration strategies between Oracle CDM and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses). • Participate in data migration and data conversion activities related to the Oracle CDM implementation. • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and compliance. • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and configuration guides. • Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to data quality or the CDM implementation. • Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle CDM best practices and methodologies. • Collaborate with the project team on data reconciliation and issue resolution. • Adhere to project standards and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CDM solutions or related MDM/Data Quality platforms. • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality methodologies. • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or other relevant data integration and quality tools. • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques. • Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages. • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and client stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. • Must have own equipment and reliable internet access for remote work. • Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools. • Experience with cloud-based data management platforms. • Understanding of data security and privacy regulations. • Experience working on remote projects and utilizing collaboration tools. • Oracle certifications related to Data Management are an advantage.
