• Responsible for the requirement gathering • Preparation of use case document, business requirements document , functional specification and functional test cases • Perform functionality testing before the release and demo to the business and IT teams • Liaison between development and testing team • Support system integration testing and UAT • Single point of contact for any requirements gap • Interaction with customer for any change in requirements • Excellent communication and client interaction skills

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience • 5 to 6 + years of Business Analyst experience in e-commerce • 3 to 4+ years strong experience with high volume hybris B2B & B2C eCommerce systems • Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies & processes
