• Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. • Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and drive Salesforce implementations effectively. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions. • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and implementation teams to design effective solutions. • Perform gap analysis, process improvements, and suggest best practices for Salesforce usage. • Create user stories, workflows, and process documentation. • Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities. • Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. • Provide insights on Salesforce trends, tools, and enhancements to optimize business operations.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with Salesforce CRM. • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce solutions. • Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards. • Experience working in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA or similar tools. • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar) are a plus. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce is a plus. • Knowledge of data migration, integration, and API usage. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
