📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements • Provide technical guidance and leadership to our team of developers • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements to our clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.) • Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
