📋 Description

• Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently. • Perform first-level reviews of tax returns prepared by Tax Associates. • Assist with tax planning, research, and special projects. • Respond to tax notices and support clients with compliance matters. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service. • Support accounting functions as needed and provide insights to enhance client outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of public accounting experience, with expertise in tax compliance for individuals, S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships/LLCs. • Skilled in federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting. • Experience preparing and conducting first-level reviews of returns, and providing actionable feedback. • Skilled in research, responding to tax notices, and supporting tax planning initiatives. • Proficiency with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks Online preferred, Karbon is a plus). • Holds a CPA or EA license or it is in process. • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.
