📋 Description

• Conduct and supervise forest inventories and field surveys in accordance with applicable standards. • Quality-control, analyze, and structure collected data. • Perform vectorization and geospatial data processing in GIS environments (ArcGIS, QGIS). • Prepare technical reports, produce maps, and perform analyses that meet contractual requirements. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are compliant and of high quality. • Participate in the planning and organization of project-related activities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in forest engineering or a related field. • Active, in-good-standing membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs forestiers du Québec (OIFQ) (required). • Proficiency with GIS tools (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) in a professional setting. • Excellent writing skills for producing technical documents. • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
