📋 Description

• Integration, configuration and optimization of event and marketing technology solutions (CVENT, iCapture, Qualtrics, Marketo, etc.) • Serve as liaison between marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless platform integration and performance • Provide real-time technical support during live, virtual, and hybrid events and troubleshoot platform issues • Manage end-to-end setup, testing, and execution of event technology platforms • Execute and support Marketo Interactive Webinars with integration to Salesforce, Marketo Engage, and Openprise for lead tracking and attribution • Develop and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and data governance for event tech workflows and integrations • Analyze event performance data and generate actionable insights to improve events and marketing campaigns • Train internal stakeholders on event tech tools and best practices to ensure consistent usage and adoption • Lead evaluation and implementation of new event technologies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • Support campaign-related activities including landing page creation, lead routing, post-event nurture workflows, and ROI measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting integrations and configurations for Marketing technology, marketing operations, revenue operations or a related field • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken • Hands-on experience providing technical support for virtual event platforms and webinar tools, including Cvent, ON24, ZoomInfo, Marketo Interactive Webinars, and others • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data integration • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo (preferred) • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic scripting for platform customizations (a plus) • Certification in CVENT, Marketo, Salesforce (a plus) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
