📋 Description

• Review, draft and coordinate commercial agreements, including NDAs, customer contracts and supplier agreements • Support contract negotiations and facilitate efficient contract turnaround • Manage contract approvals, execution processes and legal workflows • Maintain contract management systems, legal records and document repositories • Act as a first point of contact for routine legal and contractual queries • Support sales, procurement and commercial teams with contractual requirements • Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations and supporting documentation • Assist with compliance, governance and risk management activities • Liaise with stakeholders, customers, suppliers and external legal advisers where required • Improve legal processes, templates, playbooks and self-service resources

🎯 Requirements

• Experience reviewing, administering or managing commercial contracts • Strong experience working with NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) • Understanding of commercial contracting principles and contract lifecycle management • Ability to identify potential contractual risks and escalate appropriately • Strong written communication and document drafting skills • Legal research and analytical skills • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Experience working within an in-house legal team (desirable) • Exposure to technology, software, cloud, cyber security, telecommunications or managed services sectors (desirable) • Experience supporting MSAs, SaaS agreements and software licensing contracts (desirable) • Familiarity with public sector frameworks and procurement processes (desirable) • Experience using contract management and e-signature platforms such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign or Ironclad (desirable) • Law degree, GDL, CILEX qualification or equivalent legal training (desirable) • Understanding of UK GDPR and commercial compliance requirements (desirable)
