📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Warehousing projects • Define project scope, objectives and delivery roadmaps with customers and stakeholders • Run Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement and Scrum ceremonies • Coach customers and delivery teams on Agile and Scrum best practice • Manage project budgets, forecasts, commercials and change requests • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies • Produce delivery reporting and communicate progress to senior stakeholders • Build strong relationships across customers, internal teams and third-party suppliers • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes • Ensure seamless transition of delivered solutions into BAU or Managed Services support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering projects within Agile and Scrum environments • Strong Scrum Master experience with practical Agile delivery expertise • Experience managing project governance, budgets and financial forecasting • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership • Strong communication and customer-facing consulting skills • Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional delivery teams • Experience delivering Data Analytics and/or Data Warehousing projects • Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) desirable • AgilePM, Prince2, PMP or other project management qualifications desirable • Experience within technology consulting, professional services or managed services environments desirable • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives desirable • Experience working within complex enterprise customer environments desirable
