📋 Description
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance solutions • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and define financial processes • Configure D365 Finance to meet business and functional needs • Support data migration, system integration, and full lifecycle testing • Design and validate customisations aligned to business requirements • Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and client communications • Deliver user training and support adoption across business teams • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior consultants • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful project outcomes and go-live readiness
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations • Experience leading projects to scope, budget, and quality standards • In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Project Management & Accounting • Strong background working with finance teams • Skilled in gathering integration and reporting requirements and translating them into technical design • Confidence leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely • Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous • Experience leading high-performing teams, providing direction and mentoring
