📋 Description

• Understand and define clients’ business processes • Configure D365 Business Central according to client business processes • Support configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing • Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs • Design and test D365 Business Central customisations • Support client acceptance • Participate in go-live cutover exercises • Reconcile data back to legacy systems • Communicate daily with customers or project managers • Participate in design and architecture sessions with fellow consultants • Supervise and mentor junior consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations • Deep understanding of D365 Business Central across core modules and processes including Finance, Manufacturing and/or Warehousing • Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions in line with business needs • Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous • Hands-on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central, particularly in finance, reporting, or supply chain contexts • Experience with Dynaway is a particular advantage
