• Travel on-site to deliver critical incident response to groups of employees and individuals following a traumatic workplace event • Deliver virtual critical incident response to groups of employees and individuals for the same, where agreed • Manage related administration as required by TELUS Health’s Critical Incident department
• Counselling qualification to BACP/IACP accreditation level or with equivalent qualifications/experience • Current membership of a recognised professional body – BACP, IACP, UKCP, HCPC or equivalent • Training in Psychological First Aid • Experience of delivering on site trauma support following critical incidents • Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000 • Willingness to travel to customer sites • A minimum of 3 years’ experience is desirable • Training in trauma focused interventions such as Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and working with PTSD clients is desirable
