📋 Description

• Help develop and maintain the enterprise Organic Growth Strategy, aligned to TELUS Health global portfolio • Identify, frame, and prioritise cross‑sell and upsell opportunities • Analysing how products work together across customer segments • Highlighting expansion pathways across the portfolio • Clearly articulating where growth can be accelerated through portfolio connection • Feeding prioritised opportunities into Product Council and Marketing Council forums • Translate insight into strategic action • Ensure insights drive decisions, not just reporting • Produce and own the Monthly Insight Pack • Support portfolio positioning and messaging alignment • Partnering with Marketing and Product on value propositions • Enable governance and prioritisation forums

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years’ experience in strategy, commercial strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, or GTM strategy roles • Strong analytical capability combined with the ability to create clear, compelling strategic narratives • Experience working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer teams • Proven ability to identify and prioritise cross‑sell, upsell, or expansion opportunities • Comfort influencing without direct ownership or authority • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience in health, digital health, SaaS, or complex portfolio‑based businesses is an advantage
