• Developing features & functionality as we move beyond MVP • Championing best practices across the codebase • Identifying & resolving performance issues and bugs • Pivotal in the technical design & architecture of the platform • Helping shape development processes as we scale the team • Helping build an open, collaborative team culture • Coaching and supporting new (sometimes junior) developers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience • AWS experience a plus
