📋 Description

• Run SPM implementations end to end after sale, including discovery, maturity assessment, portfolio design, rollout, and adoption • Design demand intake, capacity planning, prioritization, and governance cadence • Advise PMO and portfolio leaders on organizational maturity and SPM transformation • Translate legacy processes from tools such as Clarity and Planview into modular Tempo-based experiences • Support occasional pre-sales involvement in competitive displacement deals • Create Tempo’s SPM implementation playbook, maturity model, and reference architectures • Build enablement for Customer Success, sales, and partners • Provide field learning and product feedback to product teams • Make the hiring case and eventually hire and lead a small practice team • Establish repeatable methodology and partner-delivered implementation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Deep SPM implementation experience, including multiple implementations of Planview, Clarity, Jira Align, ServiceNow SPM, Targetprocess, or equivalents • Experience may come from a vendor, consultancy, enterprise PMO, or Atlassian Solution Partner environment • Fluency in demand management, capacity and scenario planning, investment funding, benefits realization, and Lean Portfolio Management • Understanding of project, portfolio, and strategic management maturity stages • Credibility with PMO directors and portfolio leaders • Ability to challenge executives when appropriate • Ability to run SPM implementations independently • Certifications such as SPC, PfMP, PMP, or CIS-SPM are nice to have but not required • Atlassian ecosystem experience is nice to have • Prior practice-building experience is nice to have • Resume must be submitted in English • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is posted
