📋 Description

• Drive the strategic vision for platform-level scalability and enterprise readiness, ensuring the architecture and capabilities evolve to support significant customer growth, from initial acquisition through enterprise-scale operations. • Own the technical integration and feature roadmap for the platform’s entitlements and provisioning system, defining the logic that accurately translates billing subscriptions into user access and permissions. • Lead prioritization and delivery of enterprise-grade features like SCIM-based or just-in-time provisioning, improving automation and reducing overhead for large customer accounts. • Guide the platform’s role in customer acquisition and account management flows, including trials, self-service sign-ups, and enterprise provisioning, to create a unified and efficient user journey. • Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust API and webhook integrations with third-party systems (e.g., billing, identity, or CRM) to power consistent product functionality. • Partner with senior management to define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with Tempo’s broader product portfolio. • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable product plans, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability. • Support other Tempo product teams by delivering platform capabilities that accelerate their roadmap and drive consistent experiences across products. • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and GTM teams to plan and execute high-impact releases. • Monitor and analyze platform adoption, usage metrics, and performance to guide continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform, infrastructure, or systems-focused products. • Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration principles; familiarity with identity management and provisioning systems (SCIM, SSO, OAuth). • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that span multiple product areas. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for prioritization and decision-making. • Strong communicator who can translate complex systems into clear business value narratives. • Background in software development or program management is a plus. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in the Atlassian ecosystem or enterprise SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
