📋 Description

• Develop and operate the Agent Platform for deploying, running, evaluating, governing, and improving agents and agentic workflows • Establish and operate AI Infrastructure, including LLM and MCP gateways with guardrails, fallback, usage and cost controls, and model rollout policies • Build and operate agents and workflows that carry engineering work from issue to production and business work from trigger to outcome • Own Developer Infrastructure, including Source Control and CI, and build developer tools that improve builder flow • Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A teams to identify opportunities for AI acceleration and improved outcomes • Drive adoption of agents and agentic tooling and own best practices and enablement materials • Build measurement and feedback loops for usage, reliability, and cost to guide the roadmap • Use Temporal as customer zero and turn learnings into requirements for Temporal Cloud, SDKs, and Agent Harness • Contribute to an open-source reference architecture • Participate in on-call to support internal users

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals • Experience shipping and operating production-quality internal platforms or developer tooling • Experience leveraging modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code • Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java • Experience building workflow automation or internal tools, such as CLI tools, services, GitHub automation, or cloud automation • Strong judgment about standardization versus flexibility and reliability • Comfort working cross-functionally with non-traditional developers • Ability to use data and qualitative feedback to prioritize and measure impact • Clear written communication and documentation skills • Experience building internal agents and operating an agent platform preferred • Experience building and operating Temporal applications preferred
