📋 Description

• **Your responsibilities:** • Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in German and English • Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation through to billing for bespoke travel arrangements • Making reservations with airlines, hotels and travel agencies • Preparing tailored offers and travel documents and producing detailed itineraries • Passionate consultation and facilitation of travel experiences • Actively promoting special promotions and exclusive offers

🎯 Requirements

• **Your profile:** • Excellent professional command of German and English, both written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) • Additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage • University degree or equivalent professional qualification, ideally in tourism • Several years’ experience in the travel industry, at a tour operator or travel agency • Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and very good destination knowledge • Passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture • Service-oriented mindset, flexibility and resilience • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group’s values • Strong communication skills • Willingness to work full time • Flexibility: willing to work 5 days per week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday
