• Actively prospect and map target accounts (ABM). • Develop and execute account plans (org chart, financial data, engagement strategy). • Make first contact with leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the Senior AE. • Support the Senior AE in managing active accounts, helping ensure engagement, upsell opportunities, and contract renewals. • Maintain relationships with small accounts directly, escalating opportunities when needed. • Keep CRM updated with all activities, opportunities, and account status. • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and POCs together with the Senior AE. • Collaborate with Finance to ensure renewals and payment flows.
• At least 3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles. • Proven experience in B2B SaaS companies. • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIPIC). • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking. • Strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage priorities and support account management processes. • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
