📋 Description

• Support the implementation of safety technology in the rail industry • Guide clients through technology adoption on-site • Lead key client deployments with project managers • Develop understanding of products to coach users • Identify new features and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable with technology • Meticulous approach to process and procedures • Initiative in problem-solving • PTS qualification or requirements to obtain one
