We’re focused on creating a foundation that empowers cutting-edge advancements in intelligent computing, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the AI landscape. • About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Center Electrical Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems supporting mission-critical data center environments. This includes power distribution systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and related infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and operational efficiency. • The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale electrical systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a deep understanding of reliability engineering in high-availability environments. You will collaborate with facilities, construction, and IT teams to support both new builds and existing operations across multiple data centers. • Key Responsibilities: • Design and review electrical systems to support data center operations, including power distribution, redundancy, and fault tolerance. • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure. • Monitor system performance and respond to power-related issues and outages. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA), and company policies. • Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective/preventive measures. • Support capacity planning and risk assessments for electrical systems. • Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems and schematics. • Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (PE license preferred). • 3–7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within mission-critical environments. • Proficiency with electrical modeling software and AutoCAD. • Strong understanding of power systems, grounding, coordination studies, and electrical safety. • Experience with UPS, switchgear, backup generators, PDUs, and BMS systems. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • What We Bring: • In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a variety of benefits to support your needs, including: • Stock Options • 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance • Short Term Disability Insurance • Flexible Spending Account • 401(k) • Flexible PTO • Paid Holidays • Parental Leave • Mental Health Benefits through Spring Health
