📋 Description

• Будувати довгострокові відносини з власною базою преміум-користувачів • Супроводжувати користувачів під ключ: вирішувати щоденні запити, складні кейси та ситуації, коли користувач планує залишити продукт • Самостійно вести комунікацію через email, онлайн-чати та дзвінки • Відповідати за якість досвіду власної бази користувачів • Працювати з AI та автоматизаціями для зменшення рутинних задач • Бути голосом користувача всередині команди, передавати інсайти продукту та впливати на покращення користувацького досвіду

🎯 Requirements

• Англійська від B2: письмова — основний робочий інструмент, розмовна — для дзвінків • Досвід роботи з клієнтами від 2 років: support, account management, sales або customer success • Досвід із преміум/VIP-сегментом або цінними клієнтами є найбільш цінним • Навички персоналізованої комунікації, живий тон і простий заклик до дії • Уміння пояснювати складні речі простими словами, без зайвих технічних термінів • Уміння тримати ціль розмови в дзвінку та чаті й працювати із запереченнями • Готовність працювати у вечірні зміни за графіком 5/2, 16:00–00:00 • Досвід роботи із західними ринками (США, Канада, Європа) буде перевагою • Робота із Zendesk або аналогами буде перевагою
