📋 Description

• Become the technical owner of our Proxy service • Join a seven-person engineering team • Refine a high-throughput codebase • Lay the groundwork for features that power tens of millions of proxy requests per day • Take full ownership of our Rust codebase (50,000 lines) and ensure it remains future-proof

🎯 Requirements

• Lead development with Rust, Tokio (the codebase is 100% Async), Hyper, RabbitMQ, Redis, Prometheus, and MongoDB • 5+ years of professional Rust experience with Mastery of Tokio Async framework • Challenges involving millions of requests/events per hour • Solid comprehension of TCP, UDP and multiplexers • Strong knowledge of protocol design, including Protobuf, Bincode, and raw • Strong performance-tuning skills—profiling, memory optimization, low-latency design • Solid security mindset • Capable of designing highly concurrent softwares with High Availability. Implement bullet-proof security (Anti-DDoS system, TLS, cryptography, etc.) and enforce best practices • Conduct thorough code reviews
