📋 Description

• Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Terraformation’s M&E framework across all projects and partners. • Drive the harmonization of indicators and monitoring systems, strengthen internal and partner M&E capacity. • Ensure that data and evidence drive adaptive management, external reporting, and learning. • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Product (Terraware), and Communications for measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems for complex, multi-country development or environmental programs. • Strong expertise in results-based management (RBM) principles, including Theory of Change design, logframe development, and indicator tracking. • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize portfolio-wide M&E frameworks that integrate with adaptive management or organizational learning systems. • Proven facilitation and capacity-building skills, with experience in training and supporting diverse teams and local partners. • Strong written, analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities – able to distill technical data into actionable insights for multiple audiences. • Familiarity with carbon projects, ecosystem restoration, or environmental MRV is highly desirable.
