📋 Description

• Lead all operational and maintenance functions for the remote Photovoltaic and Battery Storage Facilities in Southern CA • Manage employees performing tasks specified in an executed O&M service agreement • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance • Implement site policies and procedures • Foster a positive and collaborative culture • Provide direction, guidance, training, and supervision of assigned personnel • Monitor instrumentation, electrical, and control systems for compliance • Identify equipment deficiencies and coordinate maintenance across departments • Develop and manage annual budgets for multiple projects concurrently

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Supervisory Experience with increasing levels of responsibility in large power facilities • 2+ years’ experience as an electrical qualified person (NFPA 70E) • 1+ years contract and budget management experience preferred • Extensive knowledge in the Design, Construction, Installations, Operations, and Maintenance in Oil, Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, and Other Related Industrial Processes • Possess experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Safety, and Quality Management • Experienced in People and Organizational Development and Management • Experienced in Project Control, Budgeting, and Cost management
