📋 Description

• Lead the integrated siting program for Natrium projects, coordinating TerraPower Departments and aligning schedules, budgets, and deliverables across technical, environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder functions • Oversee scope and schedule development for project site characterization, including geology, hydrology, and seismology • Coordinate internal subject matter experts and external consultants, including environmental, geotechnical, regulatory, and land acquisition specialists • Support preparation of documentation for NRC early site permits and other federal and state siting approvals • Ensure siting activities comply with applicable nuclear and environmental regulations • Collaborate with government entities, utilities, local stakeholders, and communities • Develop and maintain risk registers, decision matrices, and tracking tools for executive-level site selection decisions • Prepare regular program reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership, partners, and regulatory bodies • Travel required 0-10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in nuclear projects (new construction or plant operations), energy infrastructure, or large-scale industrial siting and permitting projects • Proven project management experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams • Familiarity with NRC siting criteria (10 CFR Part 100), NEPA, and state-level environmental permitting • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • In-depth understanding of nuclear safety regulations and/or environmental standards (e.g., NRC, NEPA) • TerraPower export-control review requirements for foreign nationals
