📋 Description

• Provide customers with product and service information • Pick customer orders accurately • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift truck • Process orders accurately within customer deadlines • Serve customers on the trade counter when required • Interact with customers • Deliver goods using the company pick-up when required • Support stock management, warehouse activities, yard activities, and overall branch operations • Help ensure the branch operates efficiently and safely while maintaining expected customer-service standards • Support the branch's future relocation from Broxburn to Uphall

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills • Some customer service skills • Literacy and numeracy • Hardworking and helpful attitude • Willingness to train in all aspects of the operation • Understanding of health and safety in a work environment • Forklift truck licence • Warehouse experience desirable • Basic knowledge of computers desirable
