📋 Description

• Help grow adoption of Test Partnership’s HRTech SaaS product by introducing it to prospects • Work closely with the founder and digital marketing colleagues to target the right customers • Use research tools to find companies and decision-makers who’d benefit from our candidate assessments • Develop targeted email campaigns to engage potential customers and nurture leads • Send strategic LinkedIn messages and join industry conversations to build visibility • Track outreach campaigns, responses and engagement; maintain CRM and automation workflows

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 months’ experience in a SDR, prospecting or lead generation role • Curious & eager to learn • Strong communicator – ability to write messages that resonate • Organised multitasker – comfortable using CRMs and automation workflows • Resilient & positive attitude to rejection and radio silence • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year • Commission earnings: OTE £10,000 uncapped • Hybrid working: one day per week in our London office, the rest remote • Freedom to experiment with new tools and outreach ideas • Inbound marketing support to supplement outbound efforts
