🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 5+ years in technical consulting and implementation • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and SPM functionalities • Experience in custom application, Service Portal, and Service Catalog development • Hands-on platform configuration and enhancements during Agile sprints • Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and SPM • Knowledge of Now Create • Strong collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice implementation skills
