📋 Description

• Perform manual and/or automated software testing in complex integration environments • Test integrations across HR feeds, directories, IAM tools, and business applications • Validate data in databases and logs using SQL • Analyse batch files and API payloads • Use API testing, test management, and defect management tools • Write clear defects and provide evidence-based reporting to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) in complex integration environments • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning/de-provisioning, entitlements, RBAC/ABAC, approvals, recertification • Experience testing integrations across multiple systems (HR feeds, directories, IAM tools, and business applications) • Solid SQL skills and ability to validate data in databases/logs • Comfortable analysing batch files and API payloads • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) • Familiarity with test management/defect tools (e.g., Jira, ALM) • Strong defect writing, stakeholder communication, and evidence-based reporting
