📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across Tether • Scope deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, and missing information; propose workable plans • Brief designers with complete specifications and manage concurrent event workstreams • Track active requests and surface bottlenecks before they affect event dates • Review designer deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications • Catch production errors such as typos, incorrect sizing, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos • Maintain and improve a scalable QA checklist and process • Document and organize event assets, briefs, final deliverables, vendor details, production specifications, and lessons learned • Anticipate vendor lead times, print windows, scope changes, and shipping delays; build contingency plans • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners • Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders • Liaise between business requesters and the design team • Continuously improve the intake and review process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes • Knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB and print production requirements • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage concurrent cross-functional requests and competing deadlines • Sharp attention to detail • Experience reviewing creative work and giving actionable feedback to designers • Proactive, risk-first mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar • Familiarity with design review tools such as Figma • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries • Fluent in English • Spanish required; Italian is a plus
