📋 Description
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives • Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency • Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior management • Support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or consulting • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial statements • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
