• Build and maintain frontend experiences for enterprise-level clients using Next.js, React, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind) • Design and integrate headless CMS setups — primarily Craft CMS — structuring content types and connecting them cleanly to the frontend via GraphQL • Work across multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating with PMs, designers, and the Tech Lead • Contribute light backend work on a PHP-based stack when needed • Ship production code that real users interact with — for brands like Google, Nike, ESPN, and others
• Strong production experience with React and Next.js • Solid CSS skills: vanilla CSS, Sass, and Tailwind • Hands-on experience with at least one headless CMS (Craft CMS preferred; Sanity, Statamic, or headless WordPress also considered) • Comfort with GraphQL for consuming content and APIs • Enough PHP/Laravel familiarity to contribute on the backend when needed • Experience working in an agency or multi-project environment • A portfolio that shows your frontend work
