📋 Description

• Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to define clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria. • Drive prioritization of the product backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and risk assessment. • Foster communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. • Oversee the design and implementation of IAM and Authentication Management on Azure, ensuring seamless interoperability. • Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and facilitate timely delivery of features. • Define success metrics and KPIs for the Scrum team’s performance and project outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends in Agile methodologies, Authentication Flow & design, cloud-native architectures, and Azure services. • Support the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and iteration, ensuring continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably in software modernization projects. • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices. • Experience working with .NET frameworks and Azure cloud services. • Familiarity with IAM management platforms, API gateways, and microservices architecture. • Strong technical background to engage with engineers on architectural decisions. • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • **Nice-to-Have Skills** • Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.
