• Close scheduled inbound appointments using consultative, high-trust approach • Manage robust follow-up pipeline — CRM handles logistics, your engagement drives wins • Maintain pristine CRM records — Follow tasks, push deals forward, stay organized • Collaborate seamlessly — Work with fulfillment and support teams for smooth handoffs • Contribute to growth — Help refine scripts, lead routing, and sales strategies • Step into leadership — Train new closers and manage regional operations as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of inside sales / phone closing experience — You have proven success managing daily call volume, pipeline, and CRM tasks in a structured sales environment • CRM Discipline — You treat CRM as your playbook, with immaculate notes, tasks, and follow-ups • Experience in automotive industry (sales) preferred • Master of the fundamentals — Strong grasp of tonality, discovery, and objection handling • Team-first mentality — Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely excited to build something great with others • Empathetic closer — You build trust and rapport, not pressure. Emotionally intelligent with customers and teammates • Self-motivated and coachable — Strong follow-through habits with eagerness to learn and grow • Lightning-fast response — Available to respond to leads within 5 minutes during business hours • Professional home office setup — Computer, two full-sized screens, quality headset • Reliable internet — Stable connection for seamless customer interactions • CRM proficiency — Experience managing pipelines, tasks, and follow-up systems
