📋 Description

• Own Organic Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for growing our organic presence across all platforms. • Manage Video Editor: Review all video content for brand compliance and quality. Ensure the editor has a full workload and posts daily on schedule. • Script Content for Field Staff: Create scripts for field staff to record daily, ensuring a continuous flow of on-brand content. • Continuously Improve Content: Analyze performance data and refine our content pillars, tone, and videography standards. • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all messaging, visuals, and content align with our brand voice and identity.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Experience in Branding & Organic Social Media Growth: You have a track record of building and growing organic brands on social media. Portfolio or examples required. • Strong Branding Instincts: You have a sharp eye for brand consistency, messaging, and visual identity. • Exceptional Copywriter: You can write compelling copy that resonates with our audience and drives action. • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can shift priorities quickly without losing focus. • Self-Starter: You take ownership of your work and solve problems without waiting for direction. • Passion for Cars & Car Culture: You understand the automotive world and can create content that resonates with car enthusiasts. • Bonus Points • Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads. • Experience launching affiliate programs or ecommerce brands. • Basic video editing or graphic design skills. • Experience leading teams or projects in fast-paced environments.
