📋 Description

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles • Use manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics • Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of the repair • Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction • Handle warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs • Start and end each day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform

🎯 Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair • Confident, independent, and customer focused • Full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points) • Ability to work 40 hours/week • Ability to work within the 7am–9pm shift range • Experience with manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics • Ability to perform warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
