• Manage campaigns and relationships with UK and EMEA-based brand partners and media agencies • Provide a high level of customer service, preempting client needs and responding in a timely manner • Oversee the delivery of bespoke content partnerships, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to a high standard • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; deliver monthly and end-of-campaign reports using internal data tools • Work with strategy, planning and adops teams to ensure a smooth RFP process and campaign delivery once sold • Identify opportunities for campaign extensions and assist the Sales team in securing renewals.
• Proven track record in Account Management within the UK media landscape • 1-3 years of account management or sales experience • A solid understanding of the sports industry is highly desirable • Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously without losing sight of the details • Eager to learn with the ability to improve on existing processes • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
