📋 Description

• Coordinate content between the Growing Faith and FLOURISH teams and the National Society for Education’s marketing and communications functions • Develop high-quality digital resources for pupil curriculum programmes, sessions, and free resources • Create interactive and engaging content supporting pupils’ learning journeys • Design and develop Learning Management System platforms to enhance user experience and interaction • Evaluate digital trends, educational developments, and digital tools to inform digital design • Support interactive digital tools and features within online pupil programmes • Act as a communications and marketing contact for the Growing Faith Foundation, Young Leaders, and FLOURISH programmes • Support creation and delivery of digital content, including video and online resources, for schools, churches, families, and young people • Champion consistent branding, presentation, and digital communications practices • Share performance information, insights, and engagement data to support programme decision-making • Monitor emerging digital communication trends and social media platforms • Ensure safeguarding, consent, and data protection requirements in digital content creation and use

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining a Virtual Learning Environment, including scripting, eLearning content creation, and instructional design methodology • Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools and standards, including H5P and Articulate • Experience developing interactive digital design content for school learning programmes • Experience developing support systems to enable effective user engagement • Proficiency using IT technology and media to create digital learning content • Ability to create and edit digital media, particularly video and online content • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-based approaches • Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly evolving priorities • Strong attention to detail and methodical, self-organised approach • Commitment to children and young people, and to the Church of England’s vision for education • Willingness to work within the ethos of a Christian organisation • Ability to build effective working relationships and connect teams and stakeholders • Strong understanding of safeguarding, consent, and appropriate use of digital content involving children and young people • Desirable: experience with Adobe Creative Suite • Desirable: experience running social media marketing campaigns • Desirable: marketing or communications experience in a multi-stakeholder organisation • Desirable: experience interpreting and sharing engagement or performance data • Desirable: knowledge or experience of GDPR and data protection requirements
