📋 Description

• Provide HR advice as well as hands-on support to clients • Offer end-to-end telephone support for employee relation needs • Work through all HR and employment law subjects • Identify and evaluate risk/claims for informed decision-making • Provide proactive and reactive services including HR training • Facilitate meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing employment legal advice within private practice or Consultancy • Strong experience operating in an internal HR role • Experience in providing advice on complex and varied HR and employment law issues • Experience in independently and impartially conducting meetings with employees • Passionate about helping and supporting clients • Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy • Actively committed to self-development
