📋 Description

• Join the Development Scheme to build a Health & Safety career • Work alongside experienced consultants and gain real-world experience • Receive comprehensive on-the-job training across field, technical, and content teams • Study while working full-time through the structured programme • Progress from trainee to field consultant and eventually Health & Safety Field Consultant • Visit client sites as required • Develop specialisms including fire safety, DSEAR, and environmental monitoring • Provide Health & Safety consultancy services to Citation’s SME clients

🎯 Requirements

• Tech IOSH status or NEBOSH qualification, with proof required • Genuine enthusiasm for a career in Health & Safety • Valid driving licence required by the time the programme is completed • Ability to travel to client sites • Willingness to complete the Development Scheme and study while working full-time
