📋 Description

• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FinancialForce • Work closely with product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver the agreed roadmap • Collaborate with onshore and offshore project managers, architects, business analysts, admins, developers, and testers • Work across multi-scrum teams using a mature CI/CD pipeline and test automation coverage • Contribute to projects involving billing, finance, sales, pricing, and field service • Deliver end-to-end configuration and change management when system improvements are implemented • Apply Salesforce best practices for solution use and data entry/management • Follow and challenge architectural principles where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer across a range of Salesforce products • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation • Lightning Web Components • Apex • Data Loader • SOQL • Salesforce DX • Visualforce • Triggers • Validation Rules • Workflow and Approvals • Custom Objects, Fields and Formulas • Source Control / GitHub • CI/CD • Ability to work within a wider team while following Salesforce solution and data management best practices • Ability to deliver end-to-end system configuration and change management • Understanding of data sharing and visibility rules • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders beneficial • Experience working in an agile environment essential, preferably with JIRA and Confluence • Appreciation of environment management, release management, code management, and versioning best practices • Salesforce administrator certification desirable • Experience in Salesforce CPQ desirable • Experience in marketing automation desirable
