📋 Description
• Join the tribunal team as an employment law advocate/solicitor/barrister • Handle tribunal cases • Manage claims day-to-day • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and disclosure • Collaborate within the team and with clients • Cover cases across the UK as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEx with specialism in Employment Law • Minimum few years post-qualification experience • Experienced in Employment Tribunal claims, including litigation • Proven successful track record in handling tribunal cases • Excellent technical knowledge • Clear drafting technique • Ability to identify a commercial approach and understand client needs • Personable and able to work well within a team
