📋 Description

• As Booking Manager, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the project’s booking strategy with the goal of maximizing lead-to-student conversion. • Create, develop, and regularly inspire a high-performance team, ensuring all processes are followed consistently and that prospective students receive excellent service. • Work together with the leadership team to develop the project’s overall strategy and to optimize leadership and team management methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead the booking department in fulfilling its purpose: inspire seekers to take the first step in their transformation journey. • Work with the CEO/GM to define the booking strategy. • Design and optimize booking and sales processes and scripts in Notion. • Design, implement, and optimize booking journeys in Pipedrive. • Ensure high-quality adherence to booking processes, scripts, and journeys across the team. • Ensure team leaders apply the established leadership and management methodology. • Coordinate and support team leaders, the Assistant Booking Manager, and the Booking Operations Lead in day-to-day activities. • Update booking job descriptions whenever changes occur. • Gather improvements to booking processes, scripts, and journeys from the team leaders. • Work with the Assistant Booking Manager to design and implement the recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development plan for the booking and sales team. • Work with the Booking Operations Lead to design and implement the plan for appointment coordination and show-up. • Coordinate with the Power BI Consultant on dashboard design for analysis of operational and financial KPIs related to the booking teams. • Work with the Digital Manager to implement and optimize software and automations related to the booking process. • Work with the Marketing team to optimize acquisition, nurturing, appointment booking, and show-up of qualified leads.
