📋 Description
• Manage inbox, calendar, communications and day-to-day administrative flow • Coordinate investor updates and stakeholder communications • Support execution across partnerships and strategic initiatives • Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows • Build automations and internal systems to reduce friction • Architect scalable processes across fund operations and partnerships • Develop and manage workflows using tools such as Supabase, N8N and APIs • Implement light coding solutions where needed • Support internal data infrastructure and reporting systems • Create value for athletes, founders, investors and partners • Support rightsholder programmes and portfolio companies • Assist with events, partnership activations and ecosystem engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial behaviour (side projects, startups, builds, automations) • Strong technical fluency — comfortable with no-code/low-code tools and ideally able to write code • Experience with Supabase or similar database infrastructure preferred • Strong written communication skills • Ability to operate independently and solve problems before escalating • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration • UK timezone compatible or willing to flex
