📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for general client inquiries and issues • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met • Manage partner accounts and provide information about purchases and account status • Provide operational support and insight to senior leadership • Contribute to business initiatives and strategic projects • Process transactions and perform data entry • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other transaction documentation • Maintain CRM and stock management databases and accurate inventory records • Identify and implement improvements to processes, controls, efficiency, and client experience • Own operational issues from identification through resolution • Coordinate receipt, storage, and secure distribution of precious metals • Take, process, and hedge orders through the bespoke Salesforce system • Provide clerical support for operations and projects • Assist the wider team as necessary • Provide customer care, relationship management, database management, and logistical expertise during UK/UTC-0 operating hours

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment with personal ownership and accountability for outcomes • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement • Commercial awareness and comfort interacting professionally with senior stakeholders • Ability to operate autonomously with sound judgement and maturity • Curiosity and confidence to challenge processes constructively and suggest improvements • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Loop • Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent system; Salesforce expertise highly desirable • Experience or interest in precious metal markets and wider financial/investment markets • Strong organisation, administration, attention to detail, and multitasking skills • Logical, thorough, and diligent approach to prioritising work • Process-oriented approach to compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Excellent customer service and solution delivery • Resilience and adaptability in a growth environment • Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously • Team-oriented and willing to support others • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • Confident verbal and written communication • Good time-management and planning skills • Confidence to express opinions and challenge existing processes • Must reside full-time in the UK • Must have the Right to Work in the UK • Must be flexible and available for either the 1:00pm–9:30pm or 5:00pm–1:30am shift
