📋 Description

• Support in customer projects: Work closely with the Microsoft Cloud Solutions team to advise on, implement, and support Microsoft-based solutions for customer engagements. • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues in the Microsoft environment, including identifying solutions for system and software problems. • Installation and configuration of IT systems: Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft-based systems and applications (e.g., Office 365). • System and network administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and endpoints to ensure operational stability. • Ticket handling and support: Handle IT tickets and requests, both within the internal team and directly with customers, to ensure rapid resolution of IT issues. • Documentation: Responsible for accurate documentation of deployed IT hardware and for managing device and software inventories.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft support, with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and computer networks. • Experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, plus basic PowerShell skills. • Experience troubleshooting IT issues and configuring and managing Microsoft systems. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly. • Independent working style and team player mentality. • Experience supporting the implementation and integration of Microsoft solutions is desirable.
